Court OKs state’s time limits on seawalls

Interesting topic….to seawall or not to seawall?  Do both sides have a valid argument?  Is a 20 year permit fair and when that permit expires, will there be new technologies to eradicate this problem?  It is mother nature and you know what they say…”don’t mess with mother nature.”  She always wins.  What do you think?  Share your opinion respectfully below.
